Voice Shield Cloud

The  basic configuration of VoiceShield involves no additional premise equipment.  Calls are managed by the VoiceShield cloud-based platform and delivered to alternative devices like cell phones or to other locations.  All VoiceShield configurations ultimately fall back to the cloud configuration.  For instance, in the case of building evacuation, calls that would normally be routed into your existing phone system can be forwarded to any device and location.

Voice Shield Net

VoiceShield NetPRI is ideal for environments with diverse wired connectivity.  NetPRI connects directly to your existing phone system using a proprietary TeleRestore  hardware appliance called a TRIAD. Coupled with the Web Call Controller, this innovative solution restores both inbound AND outbound functionality directly to your phone system using surviving internet connectivity as an alternative path.  In the event of an evacuation or on-site hardware failure, calls can be managed by the VoiceShield platform and delivered to alternative devices like cell phones, other locations and more.

Voice Shield Satellite

Voice Shield Satellite is the highest level of Telecom delivery, maintaining two way telephony even if wired infrastructure is unavailable.

After an outage occurs, VoiceShield Satellite enables your existing phone system to switch over to a satellite connection, instantly restoring normal functionality and turning every connected station into a satellite phone.  A single satellite dish can support up to 92 concurrent calls.
